Application
Roll Top fence is a popular welded mesh panel with a rolled top and bottom edge meaning no sharp or raw edges. Its open mesh system allows excellent visibility making Roll Top ideal for use in schools, parks and playgrounds.
There are a number of components that make up a Roll Top fence with some different options to choose from. Roll Top from Heshuo is available in many heights up to 1800mm. To achieve fence heights above 1800mm the panels can be placed on top of each other to create a multi lift erection.
Panels are 3000mm wide and heights range from 900mm to1800mm.
The panels are made from heavy duty 5mm wires which make the panels very rigid.
Roll Top mesh sizes are 150mm x 50mm
Panels
The panels are 3000mm wide and heights range from 900 to 1800mm. To achieve fence heights in excess of 1.8m the panels are designed for multi-lift erection. i.e. one or more panels placed above the bottom panel. The panels have a unique and "user friendly" closed beam section located along the top and bottom edge of the panel. With no sharp or raw edges, Roll Top panels are suitable where safety is a consideration. Mesh sizes are 150 x 50mm,
and panels are manufactured from heavy 5mm wires, to achieve high levels of rigidity.
Post
Twilfix 2000 post is manufactured from 60x60 square hollow sections and fitted with M8 threaded inserts for securing panels. Wide range of heights available Posts come inclusive of top caps (flat or pyramid shaped top caps)
Coating
Panels made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).The posts are in- and outside galvanised (min. coating 275g/m2, both sides together),
Color
Standard colours are Green RAL6005 and Black RAL9005. Other colors are available on request.
